Complex blend for fried fish and grilled fish with smoky fruity aroma in Mediterranean style. Ideal for dorado, bream and sea bass.
Usage:
Use the mixture as a dry-rub just before cooking. Massage the mixture generously into the fish at room temperature and leave for ten minutes.
Ingredients:
Sea salt, pepper, smoked paprika, onion, garlic, ginger, turmeric, mustard flour, nutmeg, dill, tomato, orange peel, parsley, lemon peel, lovage, thyme, marjoram, tarragon, lemongrass, lemon fruit powder, beech smoke salt.
