Peppery spice blend for the preparation of fried potatoes. The mixture gives the fried potatoes a strong taste of marjoram and nutmeg. Incidentally, the ingredients also go well with liver dumplings.
Usage:
Sprinkle the mixture over the fried potatoes towards the end of preparation and salt to taste.

Marjoram, pepper, parsley, nutmeg, allspice, mace.
