Description:
Chimichurri is a spicy hot sauce that is eaten with beef in South America and especially in Argentina. It is suitable both as a dip for the meat and as a marinade.
Usage:
Mix 2 tablespoons of chimichurri seasoning with 2 tablespoons each of oil and vinegar, add a little water and bring to a boil briefly. If necessary, season with a little salt and cane sugar. The sauce is traditionally served cool.
Ingredients:
Onion, tomato, parsley, chili, garlic, paprika, bell pepper, oregano, basil.
